An alternative to using this folder is to select As Custom when you insert files from the Content Center. This option allows you to save the file in the product folder you’re working in. You can also rename the file, so it’s a good way to do it.

Missing Standard Parts and Assemblies
The same problem can occur with standard parts and assemblies. You can move the folder containing the assembly file (product folder), but forget to move the folder containing components and sub-assemblies. The best practice for this scenario is to make your component folder a subfolder of the product folder. This way all the components are moved along with the product folder.
