Quickly Add Notes to Drawings in SolidWorks - Page 2
When you move the cursor back into the graphics area, you can see that a Note box is attached to it and there are leaders going to the holes. The leaders point to the holes because they were highlighted before the Note command was evoked.
Click in the graphics area to place the note. Now type Through Holes in the Note Box. To exit the command, click in the graphics area and then type the Escape key.
The Note has been added.
If you need to adjust the placement of the leaders, simply click it to highlight it and drag the node to another place on the circle.
