Our Autodesk Inventor 2020 training courses are an accumulation of years of hard work. We’ve been making Autodesk Inventor courses since version 4 in 2003. So we know what it takes to show you the best way to use the software.
We owe our success to our customers. Customer Reviews have told us what we’re doing wrong, and what we’re doing right, and we have responded. Each year our courses have improved.
This year’s training for Autodesk Inventor 2020 is no exception. It’s better than last years training, and in part we owe this to our customers. So from our training family here at TEDCF Publishing, Thank You.
Now let’s talk about our courses.
The Solid Modeling course starts you off with the basics and progressively builds your skills to a level that surpasses most users. It sets the foundation for using sound practices while you construct single part models. Advanced Autodesk Inventor users should watch this course because it teaches sound practices that go beyond the skills of most users. Many of our customers have said they thought they knew how to use Inventor before taking this course. They also said they didn’t know how wrong they were. This course will teach you sound practices that are the foundation for skill taught in subsequent courses.
The next course in the series is Assemblies and Advanced Concepts. This course shows the differences between Top Down, Middle Out, and Bottom Up assembly modeling. You practice using each method while exploring hybrid methods of developing assembly models. You’ll also learn advanced methods of creating single part models, and how to leverage the models you’ve created to create new ones.
Once you’ve created you’re models you’ll need to make mechanical drawings. The 2D Drafting and Customization course will help you excel with this task. It shows you how to setup your drawing templates to streamline your work. You’ll learn the details of Model Based Definition (MBD) and everything you need to make professional mechanical drawings. It also shows you how to customize Inventor to simplify your work and be as accurate and consistent as possible.
The next course kicks your skills up another notch by showing you advanced solid body modeling concepts and other advanced Autodesk Inventor tools like the Frame Generator. So the Sheet Metal Design course is more than just a course on sheet metal. That said, it shows you how to setup sheet metal rules, how to use bend tables, how to apply K-Factors and Bend Allowances, and everything you need to streamline your work. It even comes with a K-Factor calculator.
While you might not work with Autodesk Inventor’s Tube and Pipe module, this course is another course anyone using Inventor should watch. Many of Autodesk Inventor’s modules work the same way. So learning how the Tube and Pipe module works will give you strong insight into how other modules work. This course covers the details of how the Tube and Pipe module works and how to leverage it to get the results you want.
Once you’ve mastered the skills in the first 5 courses you might want to show others the work you can do. One way to do this is to use Inventor Studio. Inventor Studio allows you to render images and animations of your parts and assemblies. You can use it to create videos of your assemblies in action, which can be a helpful marketing tool, or it can be used to help assembly workers understand how your assemblies are assembled. The Inventor Studio course shows you how to produce professionally looking images and videos of your work.
Did you know you Autodesk Inventor can create assemblies and drawings with a single click of a button? The iLogic Made Simple course shows you how it’s done. It uses the same step-by-step approach to show you how to make iLogic programs. Not a programmer? It doesn’t matter. This course shows you how simple it really is. It breaks the process down into simple to understand steps that programmers and non-programmers will understand, and it takes your skills to an advanced level.
Have you ever thought you’d like to use Autodesk Inventor’s Finite Element Analysis (FEA) module but you don’t want to deal with all the heavy math? The FEA Made Simple course is your solution. It shows you how to use FEA and check your work with simple math. You’ll learn simple and fundamental concepts that leverage into an advanced understanding of FEA. You’ll practice applying FEA and interpreting the quality of the results. You’ll also learn tips and tricks that will improve the quality of your results. If you can divide and multiply you can learn how to use FEA.
Autodesk Inventor’s Dynamic Simulation module is a powerful tool. It can be used to demonstrate the functionality of your assemblies. You can apply gravity, forces, and torques to simulate a real world application of your product, and it’s not hard to learn. That is, it’s not hard to learn if you watch the Dynamic Simulation Made Simple course. This course shows the steps you need to take to create functional simulations of your assemblies. You’ll learn tricks for setting up your assemblies before creating simulations, and you’ll practice using all the commands.
What’s included in our courses? Each Autodesk Inventor 2020 training course includes part and assembly files as well as Excel files. You’ll create countless part and assembly files yourself, but once you get to an advanced level we speed your learning curve by providing files you already know how to create. This allows us to take you directly to the advanced concepts we’re teaching. So you can rest assured you’ll have everything you need to master the software.
Pass the Autodesk Inventor Professional Exam
After practicing the tasks in the Ultimate Bundle you will have no problem passing the Autodesk Inventor Professional Exam.
How is this possible? We don’t teach you how to pass the exam. We teach you the details of how to use Inventor. You will not only know how to use the commands, you’ll know how they work and how to use them in a professional environment. So taking and passing the test will be easy.
The true test is how you perform at work. This is the focal point of our training.
Learn the commands plus so much more!
If you just knew what the commands do you would not be able to perform productively in a work environment. You need to know fundamental and advanced workflows that are based on productivity. So we teach sound practices and procedures as well as how the commands work to help you become as productive as possible.
We do this by teaching basic concepts building to more advances strategies and sound processes. Advanced users tend to break bad habits, and beginners learn a strong foundation of skills.
Our courses take you from the fundamentals of drawing a line to creating entire assemblies complete with fully defined drawings with a single click of a button. Each step of the way you will confidently learn what’s needed to use the software in a professional manor.
